How the Program Works

University of Central Missouri & Dale Carnegie have launched a Management Development Program which comes with a certification and accredited by University of Central Missouri USA, this enhances Academic Credentials for employees or yourself.

This management development program is specially designed for business managers / high potential managers and leaders in India and South East Asia keeping in view the ever changing demands of professional executives.  This program will help provide opportunities to gain practical management experience and develop valuable skills
The participants are equipped with the latest tools, techniques and skills spanning different streams. The programs are Times Spaced which allows participants to apply the learning’s in the real world business environment and examine its results.
For example, in Delhi, we are launching 360 Degree Leadership Certificate program.The certification will be time phased over 1.5 months with 3 sessions.
  • In Session 1 –will focus towards Personal Effectiveness, areas like Building trust and Credibility, Influence others, Set the foundation for Success and Enhance Communication
  • Session 2 will focus on Enhancing Leadership Skills, areas like Innovation, Planning, Performance Management, Delegation, Managing multiple Agendas, Leadership Communication and looking at behaviors of todays Leaders
  • Session 3 will focus on Leadership Presentations, areas like Influencing strategies, Public speaking skills, Persuade people towards your way of thinking, Organize and Plan for Senior level presentations, Enhance and change your delivery style and Inspire people
