This year we invite you to nominate your company to compete for the annual Dale Carnegie Global Leadership Award and showcase the business impact generated by your organization’s forward-thinking talent strategy.
The ﬁrst Award was presented in 1985 to The Ford Motor Company. Previous winners include: Coca-Cola, Adidas, The Boeing Company, Wal-Mart, Campbell Soup and The Four Seasons Hotel. Wipro Technologies was the ﬁrst Indian recipient of this award in 2007, followed by the Union Bank of India, Axis Bank and Piaggio Vehicles in later years. Last year, we were thrilled to announce Mahindra & Mahindra as the winner of the Dale Carnegie Global Leadership Award 2016.
The award is adjudged by a global panel including Dale Carnegie and Associates in New York and in the past few years, this prize has been presented to some of Dale Carnegie Training’s most progressive and creative clients, as well as companies that we have yet to work with. The criteria on which submissions will be judged include key goals and initiatives under the 3 broad categories of:
- Organizational Structure
- Learning & Development (L&D)
- Employee Engagement
