Wipro Infotech is a part of Wipro ltd. and is a leading manufacturer of computer hardware and provider of IT services in India and the Middle East.

Dale Carnegie Training India has partnered with Wipro for multiple learning initiatives since 2006. We have licensed the internal trainers at Wipro to deliver the Dale Carnegie content using the Dale Carnegie methodology to their internal employees.

Approximately 10,000 engineering graduates hired every year from campus and off-campus. They come from humble backgrounds and places where their exposure is minimum, English is their second/third language and may even have uneducated parents.

The challenge is to make these new hires job ready within 68 days of joining ensuring their transition of and adjustment to a corporate, urban and global environment. Transforming these new hires into contributors on the global platform was of prime importance.

Dale Carnegie Training India designed a customized campus to corporate program titled for Pinnacle addressing the accelerated development needs of these new recruits. This program is part of their induction and orientation right upon joining Wipro. The program is designed to enhance:
